Probate / estate administration
The administration of estates is a large part of our practice and it really matters to us that the process of dealing with someone’s affairs after their death is handled in a competent and sensitive manner. As well as being very experienced and able to deal with complex cases, the members of our Probate department are genuinely kind and sympathetic to the needs of clients at a difficult and distressing time.
Setting up Will trusts
